And who am I?
I'm Devyn, owner of The Station Spin Studio and I'll be leading you through this course.
I'm a pharmacist, a Precision Nutrition L1 and Girls Gone Strong Certified Coach, a 200H Registered Yoga Teacher, and most importantly- a lifelong student of wellness, fitness and nutrition.
I'm taking everything I've learned from my career, my education and my OWN nutrition journey, and sharing it with you over the next 8 weeks so you can take your nutrition into your own hands, and feel educated and empowered to make decisions that support YOUR goals.
